Fashion and footwear

Size, color, model. Every variant counted right.

In a clothing store the item is not "a shirt", it is the teal shirt in M from the summer collection. The system holds that as a variant with its own barcode, so the count knows exactly what you have, in every size and color.

Size and color are not a note in the description.

Everything that separates one item from another in a fashion store is a real field, which is why the report knows about it too.

A store day

From the collection drop to the end-of-season count.

10:00

The new collection lands

Boxes from the importer: scanned against the delivery note, variant by variant. The order said 12 shirts in M, 10 arrived, flagged on the spot.

15:00

"Do you have this in 38?"

Scan the tag and see how many exist in every size, and in which branch. The customer gets an answer without the associate vanishing into the stockroom.

21:00

End-of-season count

The whole team scans after closing, sale table included. Every variant counts separately, and the report is accountant-ready.

Questions

What fashion stores ask us

How does the system hold sizes and colors?

As separate fields on the item: size, color and model live in the catalog and export as columns in the count report. Each variant has its own barcode.

What about parent and child barcodes?

Scan as usual. The count folds parent scans into the child, so the report comes out at the resolution your system expects.

An item with no tag at all?

Type half a name and autocomplete finds it, or print a label on the spot and stick it on.

Is there an online store connection?

Yes, official Shopify and Wix integrations, so physical and online stock talk.
