Every phone in the building is a scanner.
The camera scans like a dedicated gun. A Bluetooth gun connects like a keyboard. Both land in the same field on the same screen, and anyone typing gets autocomplete. Nobody waits for a terminal.
Seconds per item
The camera grabs the barcode the moment it enters the frame, and the gun beeps before you looked. Scan continuously, no stopping between items.
No typing errors
A scanned barcode is an exact barcode: no digit swapped on the way, and every scan is verified against the catalog that same second.
One screen for all
Camera, gun and typing feed the same list. Switch methods mid-shift and the count simply continues.
What scanning actually looks like
Pick whatever suits the moment. Mix and match too: part of the team on camera, part on scanners.
With the smartphone camera
Fast, simple and accurate scanning with no external accessories. Anywhere, anytime, on any smartphone.
When to pick it: occasional counts, a big team scanning in parallel, or starting right now with zero gear.
With a portable barcode scanner
A mobile scanner that pairs with any iOS or Android device over Bluetooth. Built for fast, continuous scanning.
When to pick it: hours of continuous scanning at a high pace, with the phone staying in your pocket.
Scan continuously. The screen confirms every item on the spot.
This is the screen your team sees: a scan field on top, items stacking under it with a photo, name and quantity. This is what counting looks like when nobody stops after each item.
Same item twice? One line
A repeated scan accumulates into the quantity instead of opening a new row. Twenty identical shirts are one line saying 20, not twenty lines.
No barcode? Type half a name
A worn label or an unlabeled item goes through the same field: type, autocomplete suggests, pick and keep moving.
Every scan is logged with a name and a time
Who scanned, when, and what. Go back to any line, fix a quantity or delete it, and that stays on record too.
No barcode? Autocomplete already found it.
An unlabeled item, a worn-off sticker, or a product you simply know by name: type a few letters and suggestions appear as you go. What matched is highlighted in color, so you pick with confidence, not by guessing.
Forgiving of typos
Search ranks by similarity, not only exact matches. A swapped or missing letter does not make the item disappear from the list.
See exactly why it came up
The matched part is highlighted in color on every result, in the name and the SKU. Your eye lands on the right item in a second.
Fast even with no signal
The catalog is stored on the device, so suggestions pop instantly even in a warehouse with no network. Same field, same screen, no stopping.

What people ask us
Do we need internet while scanning?
No. The scan engine lives on the device, and every scan is saved locally and synced when there is a connection. There is a whole page about it: working offline.
Which Bluetooth scanners are supported?
Any gun that connects over Bluetooth and behaves like a wireless keyboard, which is most guns on the market. That covers the common Honeywell, Zebra and Newland models, and the scanner we offer.
The gun sends gibberish instead of a barcode. Now what?
Almost always it is the keyboard language: make sure the device keyboard is set to English. If it persists, disconnect and re-pair the Bluetooth.
How many people can scan at once?
As many as you need. Everyone scans from their own device, and it all merges into the same count or document in real time.
